Salesloft, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Security & Compliance Analyst to join our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team on a remote basis from Mexico.

This role focuses on maintaining trust by delivering accurate security responses and scalable evidence across frameworks. You will manage questionnaires end-to-end, build a knowledge base of approved answers, and contribute to the Salesloft Trust Portal and customer-facing collateral while coordinating with external auditors and internal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in information security, GRC, or related fields.
• Experience handling security questionnaires and questionnaire management.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR and related standards.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate security concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end security questionnaire process with accuracy.
• Maintain centralized knowledge base of approved security answers.
• Build and maintain the public Salesloft Trust Portal and collateral.
• Coordinate evidence collection with auditors and control owners.
• Support security program activities like access reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document risks and training content.
