Solera Corporation is seeking a GRC Specialist in Mexico to support IT compliance and customer relationships. You will respond to security requests, coordinate audits, and develop a knowledge base of security controls across Solera’s global stack.

The role involves collaboration with IT, Data Privacy, and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and accurate responses while expanding governance practices across Solera’s companies.

Formación

• University degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of information security standards (SOC1, SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-XX).
• Technical knowledge is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer security requests in collaboration with IT, Data Privacy, and other stakeholders.
• Follow up on security requests to ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Coordinate and collect evidence for customer security audits.
• Help build a knowledge base of security controls across Solera’s products/companies.
• Monitor and address security risks from customer assessments.
• Develop and deliver reports on the customer relationship process status.
• Support improvements to the overall customer relationship process.
• Develop understanding of ISO, SOC2, NIST, and related governance practices.
• Engage with global peers and customers to provide security perspectives.
