Solera Corporation is seeking a GRC Specialist in Mexico to support IT compliance and customer security requests. You will collaborate with IT and Data Privacy stakeholders to ensure timely responses and audit evidence collection, while helping improve the governance program across Solera’s global teams.

The role emphasizes learning in information security, working with international colleagues, and contributing to frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, and NIST.

Formación

• BS/MS in Computer Science or similar.
• Knowledge of SOC1 and SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-XX, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple requests with tight deadlines.
• Experience with IT/Security audits and GRC tools.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer security requests promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate evidence collection for customer security audits.
• Maintain a knowledge base of security controls across Solera’s products.
• Develop reports on the status of customer relationship processes.
• Assist with governance practices and understanding of ISO, SOC2, and NIST frameworks.
