Sapindex is seeking an SAP Support Consultant to join a remote, Europe & LATAM facing service. The role focuses on first-level SAP ECC/R3 support, handling incidents, user administration, and coordination with higher-level teams to resolve complex issues.

You will work in a fully remote setup, engaging with international users and stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and ensuring high service levels in a healthcare-related SAP environment.

Formación

• 1–2+ years SAP ECC/R3 support experience using SAP GUI.
• Experience in SAP support/helpdesk/service desk/application support.
• Experience with SU01 user administration.
• Knowledge of role and authorization management using PFCG.
• Experience with ITSM or ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
• Ability to handle high-volume support with multiple requests.
• Experience in incident classification, triage and escalation.
• Experience supporting users with varying technical levels.
• Advanced English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level support for SAP ECC/R3 environments.
• Manage incoming tickets, incidents and user requests.
• Process and resolve standard support cases independently.
• Perform incident triage and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams.
• Manage user administration including password resets, unlocks, creation and role assignments.
• Support authorization-related activities using existing roles/profiles.
• Monitor interfaces, IDocs, batch input processes and alerts.
• Support SAP FI period opening/closing activities.
• Participate in internal and customer meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities, incidents and resolutions.
• Ensure effective communication with users and stakeholders.
