Resideo is seeking a Senior Manager - SAP Platform & Technical Services to lead the end-to-end SAP technical landscape, including Basis, ABAP development, integrations, security, and run support. The role drives stability, performance, and security for the SAP ECC environment while shaping the future-state transformation to Cloud and S/4HANA.

You will own end-to-end availability, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and partner with functional, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver

Formación

• 5+ years SAP experience with Basis / platform operations, ABAP, integrations, and SAP Security/GRC.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional technical teams across distributed locations.
• Experience managing complex SAP ECC landscapes and S/4HANA migration approaches.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting models and migration to cloud solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end availability, performance, and reliability of SAP platforms.
• Lead SAP Basis and platform operations including monitoring, backup, DR, and transports.
• Ensure 24x7 operational stability with incident, problem, and change management.
• Define and manage SLAs, KPIs, and accountability across technical services.
