SupportYourApp is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to deliver high-quality support via phone, email and chat for global clients. You will address inquiries, build relationships and ensure data security, while staying updated with client solutions and tools.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer support, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and a proactive, collaborative attitude in a remote-friendly environment. USD compensation is offered.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication at C1 level for speaking and writing.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Stable personal computer with reliable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email and chat.
