Pavago is seeking a results-driven Sales Closer to join our client's growing sales team. This remote role is ideal for a proven seller who can manage a pipeline from discovery through close while aligning pricing and operations.

You will engage warm and outbound leads, present solutions, handle objections, and negotiate to book business. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; US business hours apply.

Formación

• 2+ years of proven sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing opportunities through the sales process.
• Proven ability to handle objections, follow up consistently, and close deals.
• Strong consultative and needs-based selling skills.
• Experience using a CRM or sales pipeline management system.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and engage with new leads through the company’s lead management system.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, timelines, destinations, and requirements.
• Manage opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and open opportunities.
• Prioritize leads based on buying intent, customer needs, and revenue potential.
