Zaelab is seeking a Release Manager to own and drive the software release process for a key client engagement. You will bring structure and visibility to production moves, coordinating across engineering, QA, DevOps, and client teams to ensure releases are predictable and on schedule.

This role focuses on orchestration rather than hands-on development, requiring strong communication, risk management, and mastery of release tooling. Fully remote with global teams.

Formación

• 4+ years in release management, delivery management, or similar role in software delivery.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end production releases and rollback planning.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD concepts, environments, and branching/versioning.

Responsabilidades

• Own the release calendar across engagement and environments.
• Drive release readiness with entry/exit criteria and go/no-go decisions.
• Lead cutover planning with detailed, accountable owners and check­points.
• Ensure rollback plans are documented and tested before deployment.
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear release communications.
