Zaelab is on the lookout for a Release Manager to oversee and streamline the software release process. This role entails collaborating with engineering, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth release experience.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in release management, delivery management, or similar.
• Hands-on experience managing production releases end to end.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, deployment environments, and versioning.

Responsabilidades

• Own the release calendar and manage the release schedule.
• Drive release readiness and ensure approvals are in place.
• Lead cutover planning and create detailed cutover plans.
• Ensure rollback readiness with documented plans.
• Keep stakeholders aligned with clear communications.
• Identify and manage risks effectively.
• Track release performance and lead improvement retrospectives.
• Partner with DevOps on deployment automation and processes.
