Solera Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Manager of North America Release Managers in Mexico City to lead a team and oversee platform releases in a global context. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, IT, and business stakeholders to drive release readiness and timely delivery.

You will mentor Scrum Masters and Release Engineers, hire NA talent, and align with PMO priorities across Europe and the Global Release Management team to continuously improve delivery quality and consistency.

Formación

• 10+ years in Release Management, PM, or Agile leadership across regions.
• 5+ years facilitating software delivery projects across teams/regions.
• Management and leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of business apps such as Word, Excel, Project, Teams, Power BI.
• Experience with SaaS solutions and Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead North America Release Managers and coordinate global releases.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, IT and business to track and report releases.
• Drive prioritization with squads and participate in daily standups.
• Create release notes, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
• Manage risks and resolve issues affecting scope, schedule and quality.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go deployment meetings.
• Support release events and coordinate issue resolution.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Release Engineers; hire NA release talent.
• Align with Europe and Global Release Management leads on priorities.
