Job summary

AgileOne Group is seeking a Team Lead Recruiter to guide and mentor an international recruiting team across the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines. You will stay hands-on with sourcing, screening, and delivering top talent while aligning hiring priorities with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading recruiting teams, strong communication, and the ability to manage performance across dispersed locations in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading recruiting teams.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing.
• Experience recruiting for US-based positions.
• Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and sourcers across US, MX, and PH.
• Monitor team performance and support professional development.
• Drive recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals and service levels.
• Actively source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting processes and best practices.
• Track metrics, productivity, and pipeline health.
• Foster a positive remote team culture and collaboration.
• Support workload distribution and remove obstacles to success.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.
