Félix is hiring a Semi-Senior Software Engineer to join our fintech engineering team. You will own key backend projects, shape the architecture of our core financial infrastructure, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to build scalable payment services using Python on GCP.

Formación

• 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development fundamentals.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help scale payment and financial systems.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a mindset for long-term improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver solutions.
• Use GCP services (e.g., Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Firestore, BigQuery) to build cloud-native solutions.
• Participate in improving CI/CD pipelines, observability, and dev tooling.
