Félix is building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S., delivering an AI-powered chatbot on WhatsApp for easy remittances. As a senior software engineer on our Product Engineering Team, you will design and scale backend microservices, enable conversational experiences, and help our chat platform process high volumes of transactions.

Formación

• 5+ years as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build, ship, and iterate on software with real-world impact.
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with SOAP and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Hexagonal and Event Driven architectures, A/B testing, feature flags, and gradual rollouts.
• Demonstrated conversational experience in building chatbots or NLP tools; familiarity with DialogFlow, IBM Watson, or Rasa is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and prioritize effectively.
• Interest or experience in Fintech is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement high-performance backend microservices for our chat platform.
• Build and iterate on chatbot services and conversational interfaces for remittance features.
• Design and manage infrastructure to handle millions of daily requests with real-time messaging.
• Develop backend services using Google Cloud services and established industry standards.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product, UX/UI, and business units.
• Leverage analytics and feedback to improve conversational experiences.
