IQVIA Argentina is seeking a Proposal Developer to join our Central Labs team. You will develop customer proposals, budgets, and pricing solutions for clinical research opportunities worldwide, supporting the global sales organization.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Scientific Review, Strategic Pricing, and Operations teams to create high-quality, competitive proposals that drive business growth and customer success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1+ year in Proposal Development or related field.
• Experience reviewing RFPs and supporting proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and study protocols.
• Develop proposal text, budgets, pricing models, and supporting documentation.
• Interpret customer requirements and ensure proposal accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information.
• Participate in proposal strategy discussions and customer meetings.
• Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Maintain proposal databases and reporting systems.

About the Role

You will collaborate with Business Development, Scientific Review, Strategic Pricing, and Operations teams to create high-quality, competitive proposals that support business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and study protocols.
• Develop proposal text, budgets, pricing models, and supporting documentation.
• Interpret customer requirements and ensure proposal accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information.
• Participate in proposal strategy discussions and customer meetings.
• Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Maintain proposal databases and reporting systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Proposal Development or similar functions.
• Experience reviewing RFPs and supporting proposal submissions.
• Knowledge of budgeting, costing models, and pricing methodologies.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CRO, Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience interpreting study protocols and clinical trial requirements.
• Exposure to customer-facing proposal or pricing activities.
