Pavago is seeking a Property Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day property management operations, tenant communication, and maintenance coordination in a fully remote role aligned to U.S. business hours.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) and proficient with Buildium and PropertyMeld. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing work orders, coordinating vendors, and maintaining accurate records across multiple properties.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in property management or related role.
• Hands-on experience with Buildium and PropertyMeld.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for tenants, owners and vendors.
• Communicate in English and Spanish by phone and email.
• Create and manage maintenance requests and work orders, assign vendors.
• Coordinate scheduling and property access; track progress.
• Maintain records and SOP-compliant documentation.
• Escalate urgent or complex matters as needed.
• Support day-to-day property operations and communications.
