Landing in Mexico City is seeking an on-site Remote Operations Coordinator to own day‑to‑day operations for our market, ensuring smooth journeys from move‑in through the next stay. You will oversee property readiness, manage escalations, and collaborate with hosts and the support team to deliver a world‑class experience.

The role emphasizes hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving environment, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, based at our Polanco office.

Formación

• English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)
• Experience in property management, vacation rentals, or hospitality operations is a plus
• Ability to work from our Polanco office — collaborative, fast-moving environment

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to own relationships and resolve issues proactively

Responsabilidades

• Own market success by ensuring all units meet move-in standards before a member's arrival

• Maintain relationships with property partners, hosts, and back-ops teams
• Manage and resolve support tickets and maintenance requests promptly
• Monitor and improve KPIs including NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and check-in scores

About The Team

Our Field Operations team is at the heart of delivering outstanding service and ensuring every member feels at home. Collaborating with hosts and our Member Support Team, we work behind the scenes and on the frontlines to provide seamless operations and unmatched satisfaction for our members and guests.

This position reports to a Hub Head and works closely with our Member Support Manager. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (local time of assigned market).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $19,000 MXN gross per month + performance‑based bonus
• Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per month
• Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment)
• Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment)

• Travel benefit: $750 USD annually in Landing Stays
