Job summary

UL Solutions in Mexico is seeking a Project Coordination & Initiation Specialist (PCIII) to support the successful start and administration of client projects. You will establish projects in PSA, maintain client folders, provision access, and ensure compliance and documentation are in order.

This remote position requires strong organizational skills, English fluency, and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, and global teams to keep projects on track and ready for execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and business software.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.

Responsibilities

• Create and configure new projects in PSA.
• Review project docs and agreements before activation.
• Establish milestones and tasks per service requirements.
• Complete setup checklists and document all information.
• Coordinate assignment and handoff to Project Manager.
• Create and maintain client folders and Final Deliverables in EmergoNet/SharePoint.
• Configure and manage Client Viewable Data (CVD) sites.
• Provide clients access to project folders and resolve access issues.
• Ensure folders follow naming conventions and standards.
• Monitor folder creation and access requests for timely completion.
• Ensure documents are uploaded and categorized per compliance.
