Experience in Project Management and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles are key requirements. This is a full-time position based in Mexico.

Formación

• Experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Leadership.
• Experience working with senior technical leadership (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Comfortable working across time zones with US-based stakeholders.
• Strong organization, documentation, and follow-up discipline.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive execution through others.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Project Manager to work onsite and serve as the primary bridge between our internal engineering/product teams and a US‑based Fractional CTO. This role is critical for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day communication, execution discipline, and alignment between strategy and delivery across time zones.
