Jobgether SRL is partnering with a fast-growing technology company to appoint a Director of Brand & Creative based in Mexico. This leader will build and scale a unified Brand & Creative function from the ground up, shaping strategy, identity, and content across the funnel to drive demand, awareness, and revenue.

Formación

• 8+ years in brand, design, or creative direction; 3+ years leading teams.
• Portfolio showing identity systems, guidelines, and campaigns across web, content, social.
• Proven track record of using brand initiatives to influence measurable business outcomes.
• Experience translating business objectives into creative briefs and campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a unified Brand & Creative function and operating model.
• Own brand and creative strategy supporting demand generation and market awareness.
• Lead multidisciplinary team across content, social, brand, and design.
• Manage editorial calendar and ensure content across funnel is consistent.
• Develop a pipeline of concepts for demand generation testing.
• Define brand standards, voice, tone, identity, and principles.
• Partner with Demand Gen and Product Marketing to address content gaps.
• Establish measurement frameworks linking initiatives to pipeline and outcomes.
• Foster a culture of experimentation with data-driven bets.
• Represent Brand & Creative in marketing leadership discussions and GTM decisions.
• Build scalable systems, templates, and processes for efficiency.
