Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Project Lead (Performance Marketing) based in Mexico. This full-time, remote-first role combines advanced performance marketing expertise with project leadership, client partnership, and coaching, delivering high-quality, measurable results across campaigns.

You will manage campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and more with monthly media spend around $100K–$200K, mentor juniors, develop dashboards, and contribute to

• Experience executing and scaling performance marketing accounts with significant monthly media spend.
• Hands-on management of paid media across multiple platforms.
• Experience leading projects from start to finish with delegation.
• Mentoring, coaching, or developing team members.
• Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead performance marketing projects with emphasis on testing and ROI.
• Manage campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, Programmatic, TikTok, X, Spotify.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Guide strategy and provide practical solutions for client growth.
• Mentor junior team members and support their career growth.
• Develop dashboards and reporting automation to improve efficiency.
