Job summary

We Clone You is seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in product management to join our client’s team. You will manage product initiatives for subscription-based financial products and drive improvements across onboarding, engagement, and revenue.

The role emphasizes data-informed decisions, cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, and leading the Product Management team while working from home.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–6 years of relevant product management experience.
• Experience managing digital subscription-based products.
• Understanding of subscription business metrics (activation, retention, churn, engagement, revenue).
• Able to improve existing products and optimize customer experience and business performance.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes, prioritization, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Manage product initiatives and coordinate improvements to subscription products.
• Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and member portal.
• Translate consumer insights into product decisions for fintech/ subscription offerings.
• Own the member experience and evolve the member portal.
• Lead and develop the Product Management team.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering on priorities and platform work.
• Lead implementation across internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor product performance and drive data-informed decisions.
• Ensure compliance with US and Canadian regulations in product decisions.
• Drive A/B and multivariate testing to inform decisions.
• Support roadmap development and prioritization based on goals and data.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities.
