Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Proposal Manager (Presales) to own client-facing proposals for software development and IT services from intake to close. You will coordinate across Sales, Solution Architecture, Delivery, and Professional Services to craft cohesive responses.

You will lead RFx responses, manage timelines, write executive summaries, and assemble technical and commercial content in a single coherent document.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning client-facing proposals for software development or IT delivery.
• Experience with nearshore or offshore software services delivery.
• End-to-end ownership of response processes including coordination and submission.
• Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and vendor onboarding requirements.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals end-to-end from intake through submission and follow-up.
• Oversee RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and ensure all questions are answered.
• Plan responses with contributors, timelines, and review cycles.
• Write executive summaries and supporting narrative sections.
• Adapt content into a coherent document with voice consistency.
• Identify gaps and route them to owners for resolution.
• Handle client questions through to contract close.
