BairesDev is seeking an Events Manager to support client-facing teams in identifying, planning, executing, and reporting on events. The role covers organizing event calendars, budgeting, and coordination of internal and external communications for both virtual and in-person events.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in events, strong time management, vendor management, and advanced English. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with event planning, organization, execution, and reporting.
• Experience with team management.
• Experience with virtual and presential events.
• Advanced English level.

Mansioni

• Identify the most relevant events for participation by client-facing teams.
• Organize and segment events according to Sales and Client Services segmentation.
• Evaluate event relevance and decide on participation.
• Create and manage the events' yearly agenda for participation and execution.
• Coordinate preparation and execution of events created by BairesDev.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external event communications.
• Analyze results and prepare evaluation reports for client-faced teams.
• Control planning and execution expenses within the budget for each event.
• Prepare and update survey forms at each event to collect attendee information.
• Aggregate collected data and prepare reports with insights for future activities.
