Job summary
Tidal is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist for a growing food and beverage eCommerce company. This remote, independent contractor role focuses on turning customer insights and performance data into video and static ads for Meta, with a strong emphasis on testing, optimization, and brand-fit across platforms.
You will collaborate with the founder and teams to build a consistent testing workflow, analyze results, and iterate concepts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in performance creative or paid social.
- Strong experience developing Meta/Facebook and Instagram ads for eCommerce.
- Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools for ads.
- Ability to interpret performance data and recommend tests.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and testing plans with a documented calendar.
- Produce video and static ads from various assets and scripts.
- Coordinate assets with creators and internal teams.
- Use AI tools to improve research, copywriting, editing, and asset management.
- Launch and optimize ad tests in Meta Ads Manager and other platforms.
- Analyze performance and iterate on concepts and variations.
- Align ads with landing pages and offers across teams.
- Collaborate with the founder to manage priorities and workflow.
