Formación

• Experience scaling ecommerce brands with real ad spend.
• Ability to show CPA, ROAS, and revenue results.
• Hands-on paid media experience for DTC/eCommerce.
• Strong communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce across Meta and TikTok.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and write briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets from $30k to $1m per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel for issues in creative, offer, or conversion.
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps to clients.
• Work with UGC creators and direct content when needed.
