Lyra Health is seeking a Learning & Development Consultant to deliver strategic workplace wellbeing consultancy for international corporate clients. The role focuses on designing scalable, clinically sound group-based learning interventions, such as workshops and webinars, while avoiding direct clinical care.

Based in Mexico, this fully remote position supports Lyra International’s global Learning and Development function, collaborating across markets and time zones.

Formación

• Strong consulting and needs-analysis capability.
• Knowledge of workplace wellbeing, organisational learning or learning and development.
• Effective client and stakeholder relationship management.
• Project and programme management capability.
• Sound commercial judgement and awareness of operational feasibility.
• Ability to develop practical, client-centred recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultative guidance on workplace wellbeing learning and development needs.
• Assess organisational requirements and recommend group-based interventions.
• Translate client requirements into clear, practical learning solutions.
• Advise on programme structure, audiences, formats and implementation.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, Account Management and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and manage learning programmes across regions and time zones.
• Ensure learning solutions align with Lyra’s quality and standards.
• Develop scopes, estimates and commercial assumptions; identify out-of-scope needs.
