Responsibilities include processing payroll, verifying time records, and maintaining accurate payroll records. Experience with payroll software, Excel, and HRIS is essential, with a focus on compliance and accuracy in a remote environment.

Formación

• Experience in payroll processing and payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and spreadsheet functions.
• Experience using HRIS, payroll, or accounting software.
• Ability to maintain accurate payroll records and handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Review time records, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
• Enter payroll data into systems and reconcile reports.
