Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to coordinate multi-frequency domestic and international payroll, ensuring accurate processing, deductions, and lifecycle changes. You will work across our global footprint and lead payroll audits.

Excellent English is required, and experience with HRIS, AI-enabled tools, and PEO/EOR systems will help you thrive in a fast-moving tech environment.

Formación

• Experience executing multi-frequency domestic and international payroll cycles.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits and ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional tax, labor, and company regulations.
• Manage payroll accounting: month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and year-end tax activities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage payroll across Scale's global footprint.
• Lead, train and provide guidance to internal and external partners; serve as point of contact for payroll inquiries.
• Leverage HRIS and AI-enabled tools to maintain confidential records and improve workflow.
