Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Previous customer service, call center, or support experience is preferred.
• Experience with scheduling medical appointments or patient services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments accurately.
• Verify and record patient information per procedures.
• Document calls and requests in the systems.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate teams and follow protocols.
• Protect patient information per HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Escalate clinical questions to the proper personnel.
