Resolv Global is seeking experienced English-speaking Patient Scheduling Specialists to join our remote team as independent contractors. You will be the first point of contact for patients scheduling medical imaging appointments, delivering a professional, compassionate experience from start to finish.

You will answer inbound calls, make outbound follow-ups, respond to emails, verify information, and coordinate scheduling within EST hours.

Formación

• Fluent English is required.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple applications and systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound patient calls professionally and confidently.
• Make outbound calls for follow-up when required.
• Respond to patient inquiries via email and chat.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Verify and update patient information accurately.
