Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager (QuickBooks / Xero) to liaison between prospects and product. You will run live Zoom demos for trial users, answer questions, and help customers maximize platform value, while advancing purchase decisions.

The role blends sales, customer success, and product knowledge. Ideal candidates have strong English, bookkeeping/finance background, and experience with remote international teams.

Formación

• Near-native spoken and written English.
• Background in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of cash flow, AR, AP, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Comfortable presenting live via Zoom.
• Reliable, organized and highly accountable.
• Customer-focused and consultative communication style.
• Able to adapt to varying schedules and time zones.
• Experience working remotely with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead live Zoom demos for trial users and guide platform understanding.
• Conduct discovery conversations to tailor demonstrations.
• Explain pricing, use cases and next steps clearly.
• Support existing customers with setup questions and guidance.
• Send personalized follow-up emails after demos.
• Escalate technical issues when needed.
• Represent the company professionally and ensure a positive customer journey.
