ProfitCoach is seeking a Corporate Bookkeeper & Cleanup Specialist for a fully remote, full-time position. The role focuses on maintaining accurate client accounting through monthly financial reviews, bank feed updates, payroll recording, and client communications.

Ideal candidates will have QuickBooks Online experience and strong written communication skills, with a background in accounting and attention to detail. This is a long-term remote role for U.S. property management clients.

Formación

• Background in Accounting or proven understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Good written communication
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented
• Experience in Quickbooks Online (QBO)

Responsabilidades

• Assist with clean-up and review of revenue coding, payroll and balance sheet accounts.
• Own the monthly financial review and assist with client bookkeeping closes.
• Review, code, and match bank transactions; identify trends and set rules.
• Manage ad hoc projects and client communications to deliver the ProfitCoach Experience.
• Oversee inbox and email communications for team coordination.
