Scale Up is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing Fintech SaaS client. This remote, long-term contractor role focuses on leading live Zoom demos for trial users, guiding them through the platform, and moving them toward a purchase decision.

You will also support existing customers with questions and guidance, helping them maximize platform value across global time zones. English fluency and a background in accounting are highly valued.

Formación

• Near-native spoken and written English.
• Background in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Understanding cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Experience presenting live via Zoom to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead live product demos for trial prospects and guide them through the platform.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and tailor demonstrations accordingly.
• Explain pricing, use cases, and next steps clearly and confidently.
• Support existing customers with setup questions, troubleshooting, and product guidance.
• Send personalized follow-up emails after demos.
• Escalate technical issues appropriately when additional support is required.
• Represent the company professionally and create a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
