Scale Up Recruiting Partners seeks an Accounting Onboarding Specialist for a fast-growing Fintech / Finance SaaS. This part-time remote role supports onboarding, customer success, and product adoption for a global client base across time zones.

You’ll lead demos, answer questions, and guide prospects toward a purchase while assisting existing customers with setup and guidance, ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Formación

• Background in bookkeeping, accounting, finance.
• Knowledge of cash flow, AR, AP, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Experience presenting live via Zoom to trial users.
• Remote work experience with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead live product demos for trial prospects and guide them through the platform.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and tailor demonstrations.
• Explain pricing, use cases, and next steps clearly and confidently.
• Support existing customers with setup questions, troubleshooting, and product guidance.
• Send personalized follow-up emails after demos.
• Escalate technical issues appropriately when additional support is required.
• Represent the company professionally and create a positive customer experience throughout the journey.
