Job summary

Atomic Hr is hiring a Paid Media Specialist to lead strategy and execution for education-focused partners. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, and streaming media to drive inquiries, applications, enrollments, and student engagement.

You will collaborate with analytics, creative, and account teams, stay ahead of Paid Media trends, and help shape the agency’s vision while working fully remotely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Paid Media experience managing performance-focused digital campaigns.
• Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display & programmatic.
• Experience managing high-budget campaigns (e.g., $100K+/month) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, and Streaming Media.
• Own campaign performance to align with partner goals like inquiries, applications, enrollments, and lead gen.
• Monitor performance, provide reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations.
