Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to lead strategy and execution for university and education-focused partners. You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, and streaming media to drive inquiries, applications, enrollments, and student engagement.

You will collaborate with Account Services, Analytics, and Creative teams, monitor performance, report insights, and optimize to meet partner goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid media experience driving performance-focused campaigns.
• Strong expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and programmatic channels.
• Experience managing high-budget campaigns and lead generation goals.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Media strategy and execution across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, Streaming).
• Own campaign performance and optimization to meet inquiries, applications, enrollments and lead goals.
• Monitor performance, provide reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations.
• Identify testing opportunities across channels, audiences, and creative approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and strong results.
