Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to lead strategy and execution for education-focused clients, managing multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, and streaming media.

You will own performance, provide reporting, and collaborate with Account Services, Analytics, and Creative teams to drive inquiries, applications, and enrollments in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid media experience across digital campaigns.
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Experience presenting performance to clients or senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, and Streaming Media.
• Own campaign performance and align with partner goals (inquiries, applications, enrollments, lead gen).
• Provide reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations to partners and internal teams.
