Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (ops management, industrial engineering, or business administration).
• Minimum 5 years in project management with focus on operations or supply chain.
• Experience delivering measurable efficiency or cost savings.
• Lean, Six Sigma or similar CI methodologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Remote work readiness and self-discipline.

• Lead planning and execution of operational improvement projects from start to finish.
• Create detailed project plans: scope, resources, timelines, budget.
