Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Operations and Process Optimization Lead for a fully remote role within Mexico. You will drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across client operations, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma to deliver measurable results.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making. You will assess, redesign, and implement optimization strategies, mentor junior consultants, and ensure sustainable adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in ops or process improvement with Lean/Six Sigma.
• Proven track record of leading operational improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Mexico with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and redesign of client operational processes to improve efficiency and cut costs.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, quality improvement, and waste reduction.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies to drive measurable improvements.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Create and manage project plans for process improvement initiatives and ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate change management and sustainable process adoption with client teams.
• Prepare business cases and ROI analyses for proposed changes.
• Mentor junior staff and client personnel in process improvement techniques.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in operations management.
