Pearl is seeking an Operations Specialist to own the data and supplier coordination layer for a fast-growing AI procurement platform. The role combines 60% Excel-based data work—cleaning, structuring, and validating supplier, product, and quantity data—and 40% phone and email follow-up with US-based suppliers to keep them engaged on the platform.

You will own client accounts end-to-end within 90 days, performing back-end data tasks and independent communications.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Excel experience in a professional setting.
• Experience cleaning, normalizing, and validating datasets using formula-based methods.
• Experience building structured, replicable Excel models.

Responsabilidades

• Cleaning, structuring, and validating supplier, product, and quantity data in Excel.
• Conducting outbound calls and email follow-up with US-based suppliers.
• Owning client accounts end to end.
