Pearl is seeking an Operations & Project Management Associate for a US-based fractional consulting firm. This fully remote role focuses on turning post‑call follow‑ups into clean, owned, deadline‑bound work in Asana, with billing and client‑facing writing support.

You will join a lean team and collaborate across time zones, using modern productivity and AI tools. Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in ops/PM and strong English, Excel, and communication skills.

Formación

• 3–7 years in operations/project management at a small to mid-sized company, owning end‑to‑end workflows
• Hands‑on Asana experience (or similar PM tool) with clear ownership, context, and deadlines
• Working fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) used in real work
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
• Direct experience supporting a US‑based partner or principal with client‑facing written communication
• Experience owning recurring billing, invoicing, or payment tracking

Responsabilidades

• Own project management from client meetings, capturing 15–30 action items per call, routing them, and driving completion in Asana
• Handle recurring admin tasks and end‑to‑end billing and payment tracking
• Draft client‑facing writing in the partner’s voice and support collaboration to reduce partner hours
