Scale AI is seeking an operations-focused candidate to drive revenue by meeting customer commitments and maintaining quality. You will own the delivery funnel, build tools and processes, and partner with Customer Operations, Product Operations, and Product Managers to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes solving new problems, piloting experiments, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment. Strong English, analytics, and collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Advanced English skills required for cross-border collaboration.
• 2+ years in an operational role or at a top-tier consulting firm.
• Undergraduate analytics-heavy major (Engineering or Economics) or a graduate degree in Engineering, Economics or Business.
• Action-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver results.
• Strong analytical, planning, and process-improvement capabilities.
• Experience reading SQL or demonstrated analytical skills.

• Own the day-to-day delivery of customer commitments.
• Create an effective feedback loop between front line, product, strategy, and customers.
