Smart Apartment Data is seeking an experienced operations professional to coordinate workflows and initiatives across the business. You will work with business and technical teams to keep priorities moving, resolve issues, and ensure follow-through.

The role covers customer operations, process improvement, onboarding, retention initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Accounting and Operations. It is fully remote with US Central Time schedule.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in hands-on business operations.
• Experience leading operations initiatives across multiple teams and functions.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience owning workflows or initiatives from start to finish.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with business and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate workflows and initiatives across different areas of the business.
• Support customer-related operations, onboarding, ongoing needs, and retention initiatives.
• Work with Sales, Accounting, Operations, and technical teams to resolve issues and move priorities forward.
• Track priorities, blockers, follow-ups, and next steps.
• Identify operational gaps and help determine resources needed.
• Build and improve processes as business needs evolve.
• Follow issues and commitments through to completion.
• Provide clear, concise updates on progress and outstanding items.
