Qualifications

• Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including filters, formulas and pivot tables
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities and drive execution autonomously
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong ownership of tasks

Responsabilités

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions
• Monitor creator performance and provide feedback or retraining
• Coordinate projects and workflows to ensure timely, accurate deliverables
• Handle operational issues and escalations and drive to resolution
• Collaborate with agents and cross-functional teams for efficient operations
• Identify issues and contribute to process improvements
• Investigate fraud and risk cases and take appropriate action
• Track KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools
• Address recurring issues and drive operational improvements
