Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Coach to empower hoteliers through AI-powered hospitality solutions. You will train clients, design practical workflows, and transform onboarding into a strategic partnership that delivers frictionless adoption and measurable outcomes.

With 3+ years in hospitality or SaaS customer-facing roles, you’ll translate AI concepts into business terms, communicate with empathy, and manage multiple client accounts across remote engagement channels.

Qualifications

• Bring 3+ years of 5-star hospitality experience or 3+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role.
• Translate complex AI-driven concepts into practical business terms for clients.
• Deliver exceptional communication with empathy and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Standardize the repeatable, personalize the meaningful, and leverage AI to handle routine questions.
• Partner with Sales and Product to turn onboarding feedback into systemic improvements.
• Maintain full client context throughout the onboarding journey for each customer.
• Manage the customer path for Guest Experience and Marketing via video, phone, and email.
• Define success metrics, demonstrate ROI, and drive customer retention.
