Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Mid Market Onboarding Coach to guide mid-market properties through onboarding, training, adoption, and launch of our AI-powered hospitality platform. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, blending hospitality expertise with technical proficiency to deliver rapid value and long-term customer success.

Remote-first team, with opportunities to collaborate across Onboarding PM, Sales, Product, CS, and Support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hospitality operations, preferably in leadership roles within hotels or hospitality groups.
• 2+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, or customer-facing software roles.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with customers.
• Excellent consultative, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Advanced learning agility to adopt AI tools and new tech quickly.
• Experience with hospitality tech such as PMS, CRS, or Revenue Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for mid-market customers, guiding workflows, change management, system configuration, and platform adoption.
• Own the customer relationship end-to-end from onboarding through hypercare and transition to ongoing support.
• Build relationships with property leadership and stakeholders to hit implementation milestones.
• Act as a strategic consultant to identify opportunities to expand platform adoption and value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, CS, and Support to turn onboarding feedback into improvements.
• Deliver consultative training that enables customers to learn, adopt, and maximize platform value.
• Leverage AI/tools to streamline admin and focus on relationship-building and strategy.
