Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Coach to work with hospitality clients remotely from Mexico. You will guide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to help customers maximize ROI and adoption of the Whistle platform.

The role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration with Sales, and a deep understanding of Cloudbeds products, with a focus on multilingual client success and revenue optimization.

Formación

• 3+ years in hospitality roles (Front Desk or Revenue Manager) or 3+ years in SaaS customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Management principles and tech.
• Ability to translate AI-driven concepts into practical business terms.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard clients, train users, and provide ongoing support via video, phone, and email.
• Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues across channels.
• Partner with Sales to define success, demonstrate ROI, and drive retention.
