Mapal Group is looking for a dedicated On-Boarding Consultant to work directly with customers, ensuring their needs are met for successful implementation. The role includes documenting requirements, managing expectations, and collaborating with product specialists.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organization skills, experience with SaaS, especially in hospitality, and must be fluent in both Spanish and English. A passion for teamwork and problem-solving is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Exceptionally high organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with SaaS products highly desirable.
• Experience working in the hospitality sector with a focus on restaurants or hotels.
• Ability to identify problems and opportunities as well as offer or implement actions and solutions.
• Proven ability to effectively manage work across teams and disciplines.
• An ability to influence others through effective communication and negotiations.
• Multi-lingual is an asset (Spanish and English mandatory, French highly desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Understand customers' complex business requirements and communicate implementation approaches.
• Lead the customer on the on-boarding journey, managing expectations, risks, and billable hours.
• Work closely with Product and Integration teams to meet deadlines.
• Provide necessary guidance and documentation for a seamless handover to Customer Success and Support.
