Inviso is seeking a senior Microsoft 365 Engineer for a remote role based in Mexico. You will design, implement, and secure modern Microsoft 365 solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Defender, Entra ID, and Purview.

You will lead migrations, automate with PowerShell and Power Automate, and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to deliver Zero Trust aligned architectures. Strong MSP/consulting background is ideal.

Formación

• 6+ years of Microsoft 365 consulting, professional services, or MSP experience with client-facing delivery.
• Strong expertise in M365 architecture, security, compliance, and automation, including Zero Trust controls.
• Excellent written communication and ability to draft client-ready updates and emails.
• Comfortable presenting to clients and guiding discussions without heavy polish.
• Independent problem-solving and end-to-end project ownership in MSP/consulting settings.
• PowerShell and Power Automate automation; strong SharePoint governance and migration experience.
• Proficiency with Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Windows 365; Nerdio experience preferred.
• DevOps experience (CI/CD, Azure DevOps) and collaboration platform migrations from Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom.
• Familiarity with Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Endpoint, and Purview; Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Microsoft 365 implementations, migrations, and modernization efforts.
• Serve as the client-facing technical lead: run working sessions and translate technical details for clients.
• Draft clear customer communications—status updates, cutover notices, and recommendations.
• Design and deploy secure, Zero Trust-aligned M365 architectures and services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Entra ID.
• Design, deploy, and support Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365 environments; Nerdio-managed estates.
• Automate with PowerShell/Power Automate; govern SharePoint solutions; manage identity & RBAC.
• Monitor and administer M365 using security, compliance, and admin centers; integrate with cloud/on-prem systems.
