Atomic HR is hiring a mobile developer to own an offline-first React Native app from setup to public launch on App Store and Google Play. You will collaborate with a backend developer on sync APIs, review diffs, add tests, and deliver a robust offline-capable mobile experience.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, test-covered code and clear client communications. Role requires 4+ years building mobile apps, including React Native releases on iOS and Android, with strong TS and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Proven 4+ years building mobile apps (React Native).
• Experience with offline-first storage, queued writes and conflict handling.
• Strong TS skills and automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
• Clear written and spoken English for client-facing docs and risk notes.

Responsibilities

• Set up developer accounts, signing, CI builds and testing tracks.
• Build local storage, write queue and retry logic for offline use.
• Define sync/upload APIs with backend developer and resolve conflicts.
• Implement phone-number sign-in with SMS and push notifications fallback to SMS.
• Develop camera capture and e-signature flows with versioned records.
• Optimize startup time, memory and app size on low-end Android devices.
• Handle store submissions, privacy disclosures and monitoring.
